Phraseon — Hesap Silme

Hesabını nasıl silersin?

Android uygulaması veya web uygulaması (phraseon.ugurcok.workers.dev):

Phraseon'u aç. Google hesabınla giriş yaptıysan aynı hesapla giriş yap (misafir hesabın cihazda zaten açıktır).
Sağ üstteki hesap alanında "Hesabımı sil" bağlantısına dokun.
Bilgi ekranında "Devam et", ardından "Evet, hesabımı kalıcı olarak sil" seçeneğine dokun.

Silme anında yapılır ve geri alınamaz.

Hesabın (Google bağlantın dahil) ve misafir kimliğin
Günlük hedef ve seri kaydın
Hata yaptığın kelimeler (Kelime Defteri)
Plan ve kullanım kayıtların, daha önce gördüğün cümlelerin kaydı, hesabının cihaz eşleşmesi
Cihazındaki kayıtlı seçimler ve ilerleme

Neler saklanır?

Yalnızca, kötüye kullanımı önlemek için tuttuğumuz cihaz bazlı günlük kullanım sayacı: rastgele bir cihaz kimliği ve günlük sayılardan oluşur; ad, e-posta veya hesap bilgisi içermez. Bu sayede hesabı silip yeniden açmak günlük ücretsiz hakkı yenilemez.

Premium aboneliğin varsa

Hesabı silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez. Aboneliği Google Play Store'dan ayrıca iptal et.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Telefonuna erişemiyor ya da uygulamayı açamıyorsan, Google ile giriş yaptığın e-posta adresinden Phraseonn@gmail.com adresine "hesap silme talebi" yaz; hesabını senin yerine sileriz. Misafir hesapların e-postası olmadığı için bulunamaz; uygulamayı kaldırmak cihazdaki veriyi siler, kimliksiz misafir kaydı ise kişiyle ilişkilendirilemez.

Phraseon — Delete Your Account

How to delete your account

Android app or web app (phraseon.ugurcok.workers.dev):

Open Phraseon. If you signed in with Google, sign in with the same account (a guest account is already open on your device).
Tap "Hesabımı sil" (Delete my account) in the account area at the top right.
Tap "Devam et" (Continue), then "Evet, hesabımı kalıcı olarak sil" (Yes, permanently delete my account).

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your account (including the Google link) and your guest identity
Your daily goal and streak record
Your frequently-missed words (Word Notebook)
Your plan and usage records, the record of sentences you have seen, and your account's device link
Saved choices and progress on your device

What is kept

Only the device-based daily usage counter we use to prevent abuse: a random device ID and daily numbers, with no name, email or account information. This is why deleting and re-creating an account does not renew the daily free allowance.

If you have a Premium subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it separately in the Google Play Store.

If you cannot access the app

Email Phraseonn@gmail.com from the address you used with Google sign-in, with the subject "account deletion request", and we will delete your account for you. Guest accounts have no email, so they cannot be matched to a person; uninstalling the app removes the data on your device, and the remaining guest record is not linked to any identity.
